What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We may obtain personal data about you from our website or from mobile apps or from physical events. We collect your details because we need to verify who you are in order to provide you with the information, services and physical goods we may provide you. You may ‘register with us as a Provisional Member’; and for this we only need your name, email and mobile number. As a full member we also need your address because we may have to post products to you.
Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds.
You must consent to this information being collected and used by us to better support our communication together. We do not share or sell or exchange any of your data with anyone or allow any 3rd party access. Our cookie policies are shown below and confirm this:
By default our WordPress website does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some of our plugins may collect personal data. We have provided this relevant information below.

A paypal shopping basket / cart – If we use any online purchase buttons / shopping cart (such as Paypal – then the cookies used are those needed by Paypal for any transaction – the information is not used by us and is totally encrypted by Paypal and by us again with our SSL certificate.

What are Cookies Anyway?

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms
By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. Any contact form plugin we use to capture personal data is used for customer service purposes; we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes. We will clarify what support and contact we will provide to you as a member before you join.
How long we retain your data & your access rights
GDPR does not specify retention periods for personal data. Instead, it states that personal data may only be kept in a form that permits identification of the individual for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was processed.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Where we send your data
We safeguard your data to European data protection standards. This includes your web hosting, cloud storage, and other third-party services.

Our website(s) do not provide a service which includes automated decision making – for example, allowing customers to apply for credit, or aggregating their data into an advertising profile.
