Overview:
Each training program delves into understanding various psychological disorders, neurodiversity, and effective emotional coaching techniques. They introduce the Theory of Being (TOB) and explore holistic therapy methods to address emotional and behavioural challenges.
Each Course is divided into various Modules as follows:
- Understanding Psychological Disorders: “Mad, Bad, and Sad”
- Psychotic Disorders (“Mad”): Exploring conditions like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, focusing on symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations.
- Personality and Behavioural Disorders (“Bad”): Examining disorders like antisocial personality disorder and conduct disorder, emphasizing patterns of behaviour that deviate from societal norms.
- Mood Disorders (“Sad”): Understanding conditions such as depression and anxiety, highlighting persistent feelings of sadness or excessive worry.
- Neurodiversity: Focusing on ASD and ADHD
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): Characteristics, diagnostic criteria, and support strategies.
- Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): Symptoms, assessment, and management techniques.
- Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA): Understanding this profile within the autism spectrum, characterized by an anxiety-driven need to control.
- Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD): Identifying patterns of uncooperative and defiant behaviour toward authority figures.

- Reiki and Hypnotherapy: Exploring energy healing and trance states for therapeutic benefits.
- Earthing/Grounding Principles: Connecting with the Earth’s energy to enhance well-being.
