Your business venture, or you as a sole practitioner, may have unique skills, with specialist training and experience you seek to nurture. We have schools and care homes that want their pupils (and possibly staff) to benefit from what you have. Partner with us to make it happen.
Geographically Anywhere!
There are schools and residential childcare homes almost everywhere, so we need alternative practitioners everywhere. We will actively contact schools and residential childcare homes and local authorities in your area to provide you with work.
We have over 30 years experience of working within education and residential childcare.
We have set up 1to1 Smarter Recruitment Agency to provide ALTERNATIVE PRACTITIONERS for:
- Residential Childcare Homes
- Virtual Schools (EOTAS – Education Other Than at School)
- Mainstream, Primary and Secondary, Further Education, SEND and SEMH schools, alternative provisions, and home based learners.
We also provide staff for holiday periods and respite, and we can also organise and co-ordinate a wide variety of positive outdoor activities and enrichment-type sessions for people of all ages.
Therapeutic Holidays:
Positive Outdoor Experiences & Enrichment Sessions/ Periods:
We also seek to take young people or staff on therapeutic holidays. We want partners/ staff that provide 100% therapy in terms of the environment, the activities and the experiences. We want partners/ staff that can provide solution focused hypnotherapy, EFT, Reiki, IFS, SSP, and more. We also want to provide nutritional and exercise benefits, fun, creativity, art, music and endless creativity options. Most importantly – the formation of new neuro-pathways of positivity and freedom. We can gear up specific transitional support – meaning we can use this ‘holiday period’ as a transitional support period for life skills.
These holidays or enrichment periods as they are better referred as, will be offered on a flexible basis from 1 day to 1 month.
We can organise everything or simply support what you have in place.. We can staff it or support existing staff.
We can support your ideas and we can also ensure we meet all your needs – such as enhanced DBS clearance, Team Teach, Price or First Aid qualifications – and possibly Level 4 Diploma in Childcare.
Such holidays could be used for respite, a year end treat, a birthday or celebration, a reward or simply a life changing transitional period. UK or international availability.
