Be Super have set up a new Smarter Recruitment Agency:
“Be Super Smarter Recruitment” provides experienced and successful high caliber professionals.
We do not provide short notice – Teacher, Tutor, TA and Cover Supervisor roles to cover absence or short term expansion. We do not cover all the UK.
The areas we cover will be dictated by the locality and numbers of our high caliber staff – more details here.
We do provide – therapeutic educational ‘out of the box’ practitioners for 2 week to 12 week periods (Monday to Thursday). Our practitioners DO NOT work on Fridays – this day is dedicated to our own in-house well-being, staff support and training. In order to Be Super we have to nurture Super qualities – which we do by combining our wisdom – for your benefit.
You may refer to our staff as Teachers, Tutors, TA’s, Supervisors, or even Managers (Hub Managers, Specialist Project Managers or Co-ordinators), – we refer to them simply by name because they are unique and deserve recognition in their own right (rather than another ‘body’).

We specialise in providing solutions for those who struggle with neurodivergence, trauma, fear, chronic stress, dis-ease and dysfunction.
More specifically, we seek to support:
Those on the verge of physical collapse and shutdown; those who behave as a victim or perpetrator; as dis-eased or stressed; as lacking or deficient; those with apathy or who are unenthusiastic; those who present with acquiescence or are compliant; those who procrastinate or are unbalanced; and those who seek to divide or are polarised, and also those who are simply unaware and inexperienced.

This cannot be achieved with ordinary support – it needs higher caliber practitioners who continually strive for self and team actualisation for themselves and others.
Qualifications and experience ARE NOT INDICATORS OF SUPER QUALITIES:
Proven success with improving someones potential and practically experience using compassion to achieve what others failed to do or achieve – these are the indicators we start with for our staff.
We then build on this with our own in-house support and training and coherence.

We are new and very small, and will only grow as fast as we can manage the co-ordination of high caliber staff. Many of our staff run their own private ventures, as therapists, energy healers, and life coaches etc. We encourage them to utilise the skills, experience and wisdom they have. We do not mind them approaching you to set up new initiatives with them – we support authenticity and want everyone to thrive (hence the specific terms and conditions of our agency).
